Are you suffering from back pain?

Back pain is very common when the body is held out of alignment. Some of the causes are standing more weight on one foot than the other, slouch, weak stomach muscles and back muscles, or even high heels!
 
Healing yoga is a safe form of exercise. Regular practice of Healing Yoga enables you to strengthen and correct muscle imbalances that cause bad posture.

ESSENCE FOR HEALING YOGA

Body position/posture - Holding positions in yoga will strengthen the muscles in the back and abdominal muscles. Pressure from the spine is removed when you maintain a correct posture.
Breathing - Yoga helps people concentrate their energy on breathing and maintaining posture. Deep breathing increases oxygen flow to the brain and sets a rhythm within the body and mind. This action coupled with the poses will relief back pain caused by psychological and emotional factors.

Course Fees: RM 155

Course duration : 6 weeks (every  Wednesday)

Date : Starting 12th January 2011
Time : 8.30 pm to 9.30 pm
